Dell Loy Hansen - President & CEO

Dell Loy Hansen is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Wasatch Group and is responsible for the overall management of all facets of Wasatch and its various affiliates. Mr. Hansen has been involved in all aspects of commercial and multi-family real estate development, construction, acquisition, sales, leasing, financing, and entitlement. Mr. Hansen's entrepreneurial spirit has led the Company into various real estate related business ventures that complement the Company's portfolio of commercial and multi-family assets. Through Mr. Hansen's leadership Wasatch has grown from an organization consisting of a few individuals in 1988 to over 600 employees today. Mr. Hansen served on the Governor's Board of Business and Economic Development for the state of Utah under Governor Mike Leavitt and served on the committee for Utah's Industrial Assistance Fund. Mr. Hansen is a major contributor to the Hansen Scholars Foundation, which offers scholarships to the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University for underprivileged students and has founded 11 other charitable foundations benefitting various needs in the state of Utah. An avid sports fan, Mr. Hansen is a co-owner of the Real Salt Lake soccer team and currently serves on the Utah Sports Commission Board. Mr. Hansen obtained a bachelor's degree in political science from Utah State University and maintains residences in Salt Lake City, Utah and Carlsbad, California. 

John Dahlstrom - Executive Vice President and General Counsel

John A. Dahlstrom Jr., Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Wasatch Commercial Management, Inc., has been working with Wasatch since May of 2001. John is chiefly responsible for leasing, acquisition and development of commercial properties managed by Wasatch and owned by Wasatch affiliated entities. Before joining Wasatch, John practiced law in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in the School of Finance from the University of Utah in 1984 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah in 1988. He is an active member of the Utah State Bar and speaks French fluently. John is currently the Chair of the National Advisory Committee of the Honor College at the University of Utah, is a Member of the Board of Governors of the Salt Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Downtown Alliance in Salt Lake City, is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Utah Hospital Foundation, is a Director on the Gallivan Center Board, and also served on the Board of Directors of the Utah Heritage Foundation (2006 - 2011) and the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority for the County of Salt Lake (1997 - 2007).

Nate Leishman - Vice President of Leasing, Principle Broker, Avanti

Nathan Leishman joined Wasatch Commercial Management in June 2007.  Nathan is the principal broker of the Commercial division and oversees lease transactions for office, retail, and flex space within Wasatch’s Commercial portfolio.  He is also an asset manager supporting the management of over 3 million square feet in the western United States.  Nathan is the President of Avanti Suites, a Wasatch venture company, that provides an array of full service office products and services. Nathan graduated from Utah State University earning his Undergraduate Degree in Accounting and later received an MBA from the University of Texas and his Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah. Nathan also has a Certificate in Urban Planning from the University of Utah, and earned the CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investor Member).  He as well is an active member of Urban Land Institute and NAIOP.

Jenny Nielson Lindsley - Vice President of Management

Jenny Nielson Lindsley graduated from BYU before working with Wasatch. Prior to managing the Wells Fargo Center, Jenny worked with the industrial portfolio and the Workman's Compensation Department. She also worked in the Residential side of Wasatch prior to moving to the Commercial Division.

Anita Lockhart- Vice President of Management

Employed with Wasatch since September 1992, Anita is the Chief Operating Officer of Wasatch Commercial Management overseeing all aspects of the operations for over 3 million square feet of office space. While with Wasatch, Anita has been involved in several major acquisitions and developments including Wasatch's Southern California portfolio, the Bellevue Superblock in Washington and Wasatch's headquarters office building in Logan, Utah. Prior to working for Wasatch, Anita was a property manager for Simons & Brecht, Inc., an architectural and development firm, in Santa Rosa, California where she managed over 350,000 square feet of commercial office space.

Kelly Krohn - CFO

Kelly joined Wasatch Commercial Management as the Controller in June 2007. He is responsible for the Commercial division’s financial reporting, ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls, the preparation of annual budgets, communicating projections and results to management and investors and the management and supervision of the Commercial division’s accounting department.  Over the past several years, Mr. Krohn has played a crucial role in the implementation and adaptation of new procedures specifically designed with the objective of promoting sustained growth while maintaining financial reporting integrity and aggressive cost control.  Prior to this role, Kelly worked for a large commercial real estate firm in Boise, Idaho as a Senior Accountant.   Kelly ahs earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy and Business Management from Boise State University and has also earned a Masters of Business Administration.

Matt Rindlisbacher - Construction Manager Tenant Improvements

Matt Rindlisbacher joined Wasatch Commercial Management in 2005.  Matt is the construction manager overseeing tenant inprovements and capital improvements within Wasatch's Commercial Portfolio.  Matt has been involved in and overseen tenant inprovement construction for over 24 years.  In his career he has been responsible for over 2 million square feet of tenant improvement work from design development through completion of construction.
