Promising to bring new thinking to residential and other types of development, Wasatch Advantage Group, LLC ("WAG") and its affiliates were launched in 2004 with a clear mandate to meet the growing need for both market-rate and affordable rental housing communities throughout the western United States. WAG's original vision was, and remains, to participate in real estate transactions which enhance and add value to the surrounding communities. WAG's objective is to acquire, develop, construct, operate and own market-rate and affordable multi-family and senior rental communities while seeking out opportunities for other special projects that augment and complete the company's vision.


As part of the Wasatch Group of Companies, Wasatch Guaranty Capital ("WGC") manages a number of different Wasatch entities with services, such as: accounting, asset management, financial analysis, risk assessment, operational controls, and finance management. WGC's primary business focus outside of services to Wasatch Companies is the business of sourcing and administering debt guaranties. In addition to our primary focus, WGC also invests in real estate, venture capital, private operating businesses, and structured finance transactions.


Wasatch Acquisitions & Capital ("WAC") supports and enhances all Wasatch Group companies by providing centralized management functions including investor relations, capital formation and financing, asset acquisition and disposition, tax return preparation and compliance, tax planning and consultation, entity formation and legal compliance, venture investment management, internal audit, and management of the Hansen Family Office and charitable giving. In addition to its ongoing support functions, WAC routinely accepts assignments and projects which do not fit logically under any of the other Wasatch Group divisions or which benefit multiple Wasatch Group divisions.


Wasatch Regional Builders, LLC, has rapidly become one of the largest multi-family residential builders in the state of Utah since its formation in 2007. With over 100 years of combined experience in the construction industry, our management team has a proven history of efficiently designing, developing, and constructing large-scale residential and commercial projects.


Wasatch Property Management (WPM) owns and manages 65 properties with over 15,000 apartment homes, in 5 western states, and employs over 500 employees. WPM is operated by a team of certified professionals including CPM's and CPA's with a focus on asset management, accounting and auditing services, marketing support, capital expenditure and renovation management, computer and technology support, compliance, risk management and operations support. WPM is consistently a market leaver and is on the cutting edge of technology, price practices, system development and marketing performance.
